I am not a big follower of celebrities. But today I saw pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt at some big Hollywood function. They showed the dress Angelina was wearing, and I wondered if it was a formal gown or maternity clothing. Then I heard the rumor that the star couple may be expecting twins!

Tejada Has BAAAD Day
I can’t imagine a much worse day than that had by Miguel Tejada on Tuesday. it began with the announcement that Congress wants the Justice Department to investigate whether Tejada had lied to federal investigators in the steroid investigation. Then later came word that Miguel’s older brother, 37, had been killed in a motorcycle/SUV collision.
It must have been hard to accept all that bad news.

Memorial To Grandma
My grandmother passed away a few months ago. She left all of us grandkids a bit of inheritance. I have been trying to think of the right thing to do with the money to make it a lasting memorial of her life. One of the things I have considered, and will do if I can afford it, is to buy a piece of real estate somewhere out in the country, so that my grandsons can go out and shoot air rifles and fish and play in the woods.
